Are one-on-one sessions that range from 20 minutes to 1 hour sessions with an individual coach to develop technique, focus, control and mindset for sparring.
Are sessions involving two or more athletes that are given various technical and strategic actions to perform which are designed to improve an athlete’s competitive awareness while competing.
Free Intro Session
Each athlete at Thrust starts with a free private lesson and group class. Parents can the follow-up with a purchased beginner package which includes two private lessons and two 90 minute classes. Upon completion, athletes will have a choice of monthly packages for private lessons and group classes and are expected to join USA Fencing which covers athlete’s under the club’s insurance policy.
Participants in the program engage in teaching, volunteering, outings and fundraisers designed to expose them to different experiences and ways in which they can contribute to their communities. Thrust Athletic Foundation is committed to conversations with its participants about their education, social lives and making smart choices.
